Software and editing

For my main background image for my music magazine I edited my photo using a Photoshop app on my laptop.

Above is my edited photo I took the background off because I wanted to make it look like a magazine photo-shoot, after researching music magazines like Kerrang they often remove their backgrounds and make them white.

Above I used Microsoft Word to awkwardly put my magazine together because I could easily put text's box on wherever needed, change fonts and colours of anything I needed. Though Word was difficult at times as parts would move when attaching parts though this was the easiest way to assemble my magazine.

I used Aviary to edit my photo's for my contents and double-spread page. I changed the brightness and the contrasts, I also added some makeup touches.
